1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using MultiReply.pro, you agree to be fully legally bound by all Terms and Conditions below.

MultiReply.pro is a SaaS platform allowing customers to connect WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram to AI. Usage is the sole responsibility of the end user.

2. Prohibited Use

As a customer, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Uploading copyright-infringing PDFs/websites as AI knowledge bases.
• Using the bot to spread hate, financial fraud, online gambling, or illegal activities.
• Exploiting server vulnerabilities (Hacking/DDoS).

3. Payment & Subscription Policy

• Upgrades: When upgrading an active plan, the remaining time is RESET based on the new higher-tier plan duration.
• No Refunds: All verified invoice transactions are non-refundable. Customers can only cancel future billing cycles.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

We do not guarantee 100% absolute uptime and are not responsible for direct or indirect financial/reputational losses caused by accidental "AI Hallucinations".
